Being a professional person, your lawyer only draws his/her income from the fees paid by his/her clients.

The Cabinet’s overhead expenses are to be taken off from these fees.

The fees amount is freely fixed and can be the subject and can be the subject of a written contract concluded at the time of the first meeting.

The different modalities will then be written down to confirm the required mission.

The two most frequent systems are as follows :

• Remuneration for an all in set price (by dossier or subscription).
• Remuneration according to the time spent, on the basis of a per hour rate, specified at the first meeting.

In the both cases, honorarium for result or service done can be added, calculated according to the acquired benefit, savings or the very special fast proceedings realized.

As for consultations, their remuneration depends essentially upon the duration of the meeting and the technical difficulty of the demanded work.

Fees are subjected to VAT (note in effect).
