Our Fees
Maître Eisenscher will personnaly take your case in her care.
The Fees will be fixed freely between the Client and the Attorney. They will be set in a written contract concluded at the time of your first meeting.
Two distinct modes of payment are usually offered :.
- A one time payment for a specified set of legal services, established in advance.
- Remuneration based on time spent. An hourly rate will be agreed upon at the first meeting
If both parties agree to it an honorarium payment can be decided upon, in order to reward the grant of damages to the Client, the absence of occurrence of a prejudice or the implementation of a fast track procedure.
Legal consulting will be charged according to the duration of your meeting and the technicity of the legal issues raised by the Client.
